      Before you ask

      By default your assistant can only read. To let it finalize, send, remind, record a payment or add a client, a supplier or a cost, you tick that when you connect, and you can change the ticks at any time under Account, Connected AI tools. What it can do follows your plan and your role.

      You decide who confirms. In our tests, the assistant showed the change and asked first, and we said yes in the chat. If you want Billingz to hold every action, switch the connection to Ask me in Billingz.

      If you want to stop

      Open Account, then Connected AI tools, and choose Disconnect next to the connection. From that moment Billingz refuses every call from that assistant.       Do I have to use these exact words?

      No. Ask in plain words. The prompts here are examples.

      Will my assistant ask before it does anything?

      It depends on the assistant and on the settings you chose in it. Billingz cannot see your chat. To keep the last word in Billingz, switch the connection to Ask me in Billingz, and every action that issues, sends, reminds or records waits under Needs you. Drafts do not wait.

      Why did my assistant not make my invoice?

      A client abroad, or an invoice in another currency, is made in Billingz itself for now. Your assistant can prepare it as a draft, and you finish it there. A country rule can also stop an invoice or show a warning, the same as when you make it by hand.

      How do I connect Billingz first?

      Add the server address https://app.billingz.com/mcp in your assistant and sign in to Billingz. The steps are in the two setup guides.
