Who is behind Billingz

Billingz was founded by Dr. Radovan Vitosevic, an international business operator with experience across finance, sales, corporate management, and multi-market operations: eighteen years inside the corporate climb, from a back-office desk to the chief executive’s seat of a global loyalty and benefits company operating across more than fifty countries.
