The company
The company, in plain words.
Billingz is a European software company building a financial control system for freelancers, consultants and micro-businesses. Designed for people who want clarity instead of accounting complexity, it brings invoicing, expenses and the real state of the business into one place. It works alongside accountants, rather than replacing them.
Billingz EOOD was founded in Sofia, Bulgaria, in April 2026 by Dr. Radovan Vitosevic. The MVP is being built using the founder’s own capital, before any outside investment. European by registration and built without geographical limits, Billingz is for anyone who invoices, manages expenses and wants greater control over their business wherever they work.
It began as one operator’s idea in 2025. A year later it is a registered company with a live prototype, an MVP in production, and a product designed to scale far beyond its first markets.

Who is behind Billingz
Operator, strategist, seasoned executive.
Behind Billingz is Dr. Radovan Vitosevic: eighteen years in banking and the loyalty industry, at executive and board level. The companies he worked in scaled past fifty countries and served millions of customers and thousands of partners. He is also an entrepreneur in his own right: consulting, ticketing, merchandising, a marketplace, education, educational events, book publishing - more than a dozen companies of his own over the years, some still running today. He is a published author.
Through all of it, he worked directly with hundreds of small and medium-sized enterprises and thousands of promoters, influencers and independents, the people who carry a business alone. Billingz grew out of that experience - a product built to support exactly these people.
