01Ask
Ask in plain words.
How long does your money last? Who owes you? It reads what Billingz shows you and answers with your own numbers.
02Draft
It prepares. You check.
Invoices, offers, reminders and costs appear in Billingz as drafts, with the right VAT wording for the country. A draft stays a draft.
03Confirm
You say yes in the chat.
Before it finalizes, sends or records anything, your assistant shows what will happen and to whom, and asks you. You say yes in the chat. Billingz cannot see your chat, so to have Billingz ask instead, switch the connection to Ask me in Billingz. Every action shows in Activity, marked via your assistant.
It can never move money. Bank details, your company details (name, VAT number, numbering), security settings, your plan, inviting people and anything that deletes are done in Billingz only.
Prefer to approve each action in Billingz? Switch the connection to Ask me in Billingz, and every action waits under Needs you.
Setup
Three steps.
Open the connector settings
Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector.
Add the server
Name it Billingz, paste the server URL, press Add.
Connect and allow
Press Connect, sign in to Billingz, tick what it may do, press Allow.

Questions
Short answers.
Does it move my money?
No. Billingz never moves money, and nothing in this connection does. Recording a payment you received only records it. A bill to pay waits under Needs you, and you pay it in your own bank.
Can it send an invoice on its own?
Not if your assistant asks you first. It shows you what goes to whom, and you confirm in the chat. If you told your assistant to always allow, it can send without asking. To keep the last word in Billingz, switch the connection to Ask me in Billingz.
Who does the confirming?
Your assistant. Claude or ChatGPT shows you the change and asks, and you say yes in the chat. Billingz cannot see your chat. If you want Billingz to hold every action, switch the connection to Ask me in Billingz.
What happens to my data?
What the assistant asks for is sent to its provider and handled under its terms. Billingz does not choose your assistant and is not its processor. How this works: Privacy Policy, section 2d.
Does it cost extra?
No. There is no separate price. What it can do follows your plan.
Can it be wrong?
Yes. Check what it shows you before you confirm. Billingz gives signals, not financial, tax or legal advice.
Can I still approve in Billingz?
Yes. Switch the connection to Ask me in Billingz. Every action then waits under Needs you until you approve it there.
Billingz works with the assistant you already use. The decisions stay with you.
