Three tiers. One direction.

How it is paid

The rules, in plain language.

• Calculated on net revenue, after VAT and payment processing fees.
• Paid monthly, by the 15th of the following month. Minimum payout 25 EUR; smaller balances roll forward.
• Commission follows the money. If a customer cancels, the paid month still counts. If a payment is refunded, that commission reverses.
• Each customer is credited to exactly one partner, locked at signup. No splitting, no disputes.
• Annual plans pay the full year's commission in the month purchased, held until the refund window passes, then released.
• Recurring for as long as your partner agreement is in force.

What this is, and what it is not

A referral program. Nothing more, nothing less.

Billingz Partners is a single-layer referral program based on recommended clients with paid subscriptions. You recommend Billingz to your audience; when someone you referred becomes a paying subscriber, you earn a commission on that subscription. Nothing else. It is not network marketing and it is not multi-level marketing (MLM): there are no downlines, no recruitment of other partners, no entry fees, no buy-in, and no earnings from anyone other than customers you personally referred. Billingz is a software company, not a bank or financial institution, and does not provide financial products, financial services, or financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Partner commission is a commercial fee for a referred subscription, not an investment or a financial return.
